Terms of use
Effective 29 October 2026. These terms apply to the Ordus apps and website, which MJUKIS AB in Sweden operates. Contact admin@ordus.lol with questions.
Using Ordus
Practice works without an account. Online play, the Daily Challenge, matches, groups and published boards need an account, and you must be at least 13 to create one. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before you create an account or buy anything. Where the law requires a parent or guardian's consent, we do not enforce these terms against a minor who accepted them without that consent; we may still remove content or limit features to keep Ordus safe.
An account belongs to one person. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
These rules apply to nicknames, group names, board titles, names on board leaderboards, logos and anything else you add to Ordus:
- Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent.
- No personal information about other people, and no images of people without their consent.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, including Ordus or MJUKIS AB.
- Only add words, names and images that you have the right to share.
Play fairly. Do not use solvers, bots, scripts, modified apps or anyone else's help to find or play words for you, and do not share accounts to improve rankings. Do not get around limits, blocks or reviews, exploit bugs, or overload or attack the service.
Moderation
We may check content automatically and review it before or after it is published. We may hide or remove content, keep rounds off leaderboards, reset results, and restrict or close accounts that break these terms. Rounds that look implausible stay off leaderboards until we have reviewed them. Report players, groups and boards in the app. The support page explains how to report illegal content and how to ask us to look at a decision again.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you add. You give MJUKIS AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, show and share it within Ordus, including on the website and in shared links, for as long as it is published and as needed to run, secure and improve the service. After you delete your account, shared match results show you as Deleted player.
Ordus Premium
Ordus Premium is an optional subscription. The app shows what it includes, its price and its billing period before you buy. You buy and pay for it through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it in the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. Apple and Google handle refunds and, where it applies, your right of withdrawal. Price changes follow the store's rules, including notice in advance. We do not reduce what Premium includes during a period you have already paid for.
Word lists and other material
Ordus includes word lists from other parties under their own licenses, listed under Dictionaries. These terms do not restrict the rights those licenses give you. Apart from that material and your own content, Ordus, its design and its software belong to MJUKIS AB. You may use the apps and website for your own, non-commercial play. Do not copy, extract, decompile or modify the apps, except where the law or the license of included material allows it.
App Store
If you downloaded Ordus from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. MJUKIS AB, not Apple, is responsible for Ordus and its support.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Ordus available and correct, but provide it as it is, and we may change, pause or end features. Published boards close on their end date. To the extent the law allows, MJUKIS AB is not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We tell you in the app before an important change takes effect and, where needed, ask you to accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the online features and delete your account.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without limiting the protection that the law where you live gives you as a consumer. Contact us first if something is wrong. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
